How does it work?
Step 1: Purchase the contract here, on this very website.
When you purchase your contract, you are purchasing the deposit portion of the contract. When we have your deposit, we will send you a registration form with your chosen contract for you to fill out.
*Alternatively, if you’d rather, give us a call and we will enjoy talking to you about cows while simultaneously frantically tracking down a young person to help you with the computer. No really, we can get you a contract made out of actual paper and you can send us actual money if tech isn’t your thing. We don’t like it either.

Step 2: Fill out your registration form & sign your contract.
We will send you a link to your email requesting your signature on your chosen contract. This will allow you to electronically sign your contract with DocuSign. We will also send you a Registration form that will need to be filled out. This just lets us know your preferred contact information as well as some specifics about what you need.
Once we have your registration, signed contract, and deposit (yes we really do need all three things in advance) we will spring into action! We will also send you our signed half of the contract for your records as soon as we make sure it all looks good.

Step 3: Send us some embryos.
Ideally this would be prior to your desired transfer date. It would also be awesome if you told us they were coming so we can make sure they arrive and are put away safe n' sound.
Step 4: We’ll take it from there and we’ll keep you posted along the way.
We’ll tell you all about the cows and the process – their approximate ages, blood test results, estrous cycles, herd health protocols, pelvic measurements, heat dates, ultrasound results, transfer dates, pregnancy check results, and anything else you’d like to know.

The Long & The Short of It...

We know these contracts are so looooonnnnngggg and boring. We’ll try to distill it down for those of you who’d rather spend your time doing... well, anything other than reading this type of thing.

-
We promise to provide you with healthy, young, reproductively sound cows.
-
We promise to work really hard to do a great job keeping them healthy and getting them pregnant with your embryos - whenever you want us to.
-
In the case of the weaned calf contract we also promise to do a good job raising your calves and to actually send them to you.
-
You promise to communicate with us well in advance of when you’d like all this done (seriously, the sooner the better. Can’t be too soon. Don’t worry we won’t forget about you even if you call waaayyyy before you’re ready). 30 days prior to the desired transfer date is bare minimum.
-
You promise to pay us. Or we get to keep the calves and your deposit and your new truck.
-
We both promise to be nice to each other and not sue each other. Mostly because no one likes to pay a lawyer when they could use that money to buy more cows.
-
There are no guarantees.
